Welcome to IELTS Mock Platform ("Platform", "Service", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at ieltsmock.uz and all related services.

By creating an account, accessing, or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

Please read these Terms carefully along with our Privacy Policy.

1. Definitions

• "Account" — your personal account on the Platform created during registration
• "User", "you" — any person who accesses or uses the Platform
• "Content" — all materials available on the Platform, including tests, questions, audio files, evaluations, and feedback
• "User Content" — any content you submit, including test answers, Writing submissions, and Speaking recordings
• "Free Plan" — the limited version of the Service available without payment
• "Premium" — the paid subscription with full access to all features
• "Subscription" — a recurring or one-time payment for Premium access

2. Eligibility

To use our Platform, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old. Users between 13 and 18 must have parental or guardian consent
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Be legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan or your country of residence

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

To access most features, you must create an Account by providing your phone number and other required information. You may verify your phone number via SMS code.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your Account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access at support@ieltsmock.uz

3.3 One Account per User

Each user is permitted only one Account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent Free Plan limits or other restrictions is prohibited and may result in account termination.

4. Use of the Service

4.1 Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial IELTS preparation purposes only.

4.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, distribute, reproduce, or publicly share our test questions, audio materials, or any Content
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Platform
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Share your Account credentials with others or allow others to use your Account
• Use the Platform for any commercial purpose, including reselling access or test materials
• Attempt to disrupt or compromise the security of the Platform
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

5. Service Plans

5.1 Free Plan

The Free Plan includes:

• 3 Reading tests
• 3 Listening tests
• Basic statistics
• Band score calculation

The Free Plan does NOT include Writing evaluation, Speaking evaluation, full Mock exams, or detailed analysis.

5.2 Premium Plan

Premium includes all Free features plus:

• Unlimited Reading and Listening tests
• AI-powered Writing evaluation
• AI-powered Speaking evaluation
• Full Mock exam (all 4 modules)
• Detailed band analysis
• Progress tracking

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Pricing

Premium subscription costs 99,000 UZS per month or 891,000 UZS per year (25% savings). Prices are listed in Uzbekistani Som (UZS) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice to existing subscribers.

6.2 Payment Methods

Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Payme, Click, or Uzcard. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of the respective payment provider. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

6.3 Automatic Renewal

Premium subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You can cancel auto-renewal at any time in your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access until then.

6.4 Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we may suspend your Premium access until payment is received. We may attempt to charge your payment method multiple times before suspension.

8. AI Evaluation Disclaimer

Our Writing and Speaking evaluations use artificial intelligence trained on official IELTS rubrics. While we strive for accuracy:

• AI evaluations are estimates, not official IELTS scores
• Actual exam results may differ from our predictions
• We are not affiliated with or endorsed by IELTS, Cambridge English, British Council, IDP, or any official IELTS body
• Our band score predictions typically fall within ±0.5 of human examiners, but accuracy is not guaranteed

The Platform is a preparation tool only. It does not guarantee any specific score on the official IELTS examination.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Content

All Content on the Platform — including test questions, audio recordings, design, logos, text, graphics, and software — is owned by IELTS Mock Platform or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9.2 Your User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit (Writing submissions, Speaking recordings). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Process your submissions for evaluation purposes
• Store and display them in your account
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services

We will not share your personal User Content publicly without your explicit consent.

9.3 Feedback

If you provide suggestions or feedback about the Platform, we may use this feedback freely without any obligation to you.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Service Availability and Modifications

11.1 Availability

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance
• Technical issues or server problems
• Force majeure events
• Internet service provider issues

11.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time
• Update pricing with reasonable notice to existing subscribers
• Change these Terms (see Section 17)

We will provide reasonable notice of material changes that affect paid subscribers.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Guarantees that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Guarantees of specific IELTS exam results or band scores
• Accuracy or reliability of AI evaluations

You use the Platform at your own risk. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on our evaluations or feedback.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IELTS MOCK PLATFORM AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service
• Damages resulting from unauthorized access to your Account
• Failure to achieve a specific IELTS band score

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or 500,000 UZS, whichever is greater.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IELTS Mock Platform from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your User Content

15. Account Termination

15.1 Termination by You

You may delete your Account at any time by contacting support@ieltsmock.uz. Deletion is permanent and your data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy retention rules.

15.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your Account at any time if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse the Service or harm other users
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Have been inactive for more than 24 months

15.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will end immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law shall survive termination.

16. Governing Law and Disputes

16.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

16.2 Dispute Resolution

In case of any dispute, we encourage you to first contact us at support@ieltsmock.uz to seek an amicable resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Notify you by email or through a notice on the Platform
• Provide at least 14 days' notice for changes affecting paid subscribers

Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service.

18. General Provisions

18.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and IELTS Mock Platform regarding the Service.

18.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

18.3 No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right.

18.4 Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without notice.

18.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, government actions, or network failures.

BY USING THE IELTS MOCK PLATFORM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT ACCESS OR USE THE PLATFORM.
